Record Archive Service (RAS)

 

RAS/400 is designed as an affordable solution to allow any AS/400 report to be archived and optionally printed after archiving. In addition to the RAS/400 licensed product which captures, translates and transfers the reports to the archive server, the RAS/400 plus Imaging System also includes a Windows based scanning station, a level 3 60ppm duplex scanner, scanning software, a Windows based server and all the software needed to store, index and serve the reports and images to any client PC in the local network. The browser and viewer software for the client PCs that are running Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/W2K/XP is also included.

 

Printed reports are full text indexed. Scanned documents are indexed on OCR and/or bar code recognition.
